Implement Basic Functionality

The basic functionalities that any device connecting to BioT should implement are:

1. Start and stop an intended use following a BioT command (in case the device supports remote activation of its intended use) - i.e. start/stop monitoring or any kind of intended use that is remotely controlled. During the Usage Session, you should also send measurements to BioT.
2. Send status attributes updates, either as a response to a BioT request, or ad hoc when the device status changes.
