Get Analytics DB Connection Details by ID

Returns connection details according to the user's permission.

• Caregivers get full access permission
• Organization users in a customer organization get full access permission for their own organization
• Organization users in the manufacturer organization get without-PHI permission
• Organization users from the Developer User template get full access permission across all organizations
• Patients cannot use the Analytics DB, they will get "access denied"
