Requesting a New Feature

BioT welcomes new feature requests from our customers. If there's a feature you'd like to see us add to the BioT platform, use our Request Feature button to send us a feature request.

We can't guarantee to address every request, but the more customers request a feature, the more likely it is to be added to the BioT platform.

To send us a feature request:

1. From the BioT Console, go to Settings > Request Feature.

2. Fill out the contact form with your details, your company's details, and a message explaining the feature you'd like to request.
3. Click Submit.
