Implementation is deployed on one or more BioT deployment environments hosted in a dedicated “dev” cloud account. Customers usually start with a single "Integration" environment and then expand to multiple (usually a “QA” environment and a “Staging” environment).
During the implementation phase, BioT offers the following communication channels to help your developers develop your solution quickly and robustly:
- Support ticketing system through our website widget. You will find our widget waiting for you in BioT Console, and Manufacturer Portal.
